About Us
At 360 Hunting, LLC we are hunters. Here in South Carolina, our deer season runs from August 15 to January 1 each year. With such a long deer season, we spend over 100 days each year in pursuit of the Whitetail Deer. While there is no limit on the number of bucks a hunter can take, we practice Quality Deer Management.
The development of our products comes from a desire and a need to improve on the products that are available to hunters. Our Four Headed Decoy was developed over several years of trial and error. We wanted to eliminate all the reasons we didn't use existing decoys. We will continue to develop better products that offer a good value to our customers.
Safe and Happy Hunting, Doug McLeod
TIPS
- Warning, always use extreme caution when transporting and setting up decoys in areas where other hunters may be present.
- Keep your decoys clean and scent free, put your scents and lures around the decoy not on the decoy. Use a good spray scent eliminator on the decoy before each use.
- Avoid large open areas, decoys are most effective around small food plots, oak flats, creek bottoms, at feeders and along scrape lines.
- Decoys are most effective during the pre-rut, rut and post-rut when bucks are on the search for does.
- Along with the decoy, use a good buck lure, grunt tube, doe bleat and your favorite rattling bag or antlers.
- Don't get discouraged, as with any decoy, the Set Up is the key to success.
- There are three elements to tricking an old buck. He may hear your call or rattling, he may smell your scent or lure, and he may see your decoy. Sometimes any one of these are enough, but when you connect on all three elements your success rate will increase.
